Getting Started

Jump in with both feet! You’ll be glad you did! First, you can quickly create a Profile in our ‘MindBody’ system. After that, you can add the Two Free Classes to your account, then schedule yourself for any two classes you’d like. On your first day, you’ll want to show up 5 minutes before class to get oriented. Wear your favorite athletic clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and sweat towel, and be ready for a fun workout! Do not worry about your current fitness level! We’ll help you ease into everything and establish the right intensity level for whatever point you’re starting at. We’ll help you modify any exercise if needed, and we’ll teach you proper form and technique!
