We’ve built BasePoint Fitness with the vision of creating a training environment that is genuinely holistic, inclusive, sustainable, and effective as possible. We care greatly about providing health and fitness coaching that is deeply rooted in trustworthy education and in-depth first hand knowledge. We always have, and always will, be dedicated to ensuring our space is a safe-space for everyone, and work hard to make sure all of our participants are empowered by the personalized guidance we passionately provide. At the core of our training philosophy is “lifestyle”. We want to avoid injury, feel great, enjoy satisfying variety and challenges in our workouts, and perform our best when we’re far beyond the building, soaking up our outdoor adventures!
